Komplete

Komplete is a milestone tracker for the Truehost support team. Team members complete milestones in order to be promoted to the next level, and the milestones are designed to build the skills needed to support Truehost customers better. The programme runs over three phases, each with sections, optional subsections and specific tasks. Engineers submit evidence against each task and track their own progress, while team leads monitor their team and approve or reject submissions. Built with Next.js, Postgres and Prisma, with Zod validation, NextAuth, Cloudinary uploads for submission evidence and Nodemailer for notifications.
